APPROACH
After completing my 200-hour teacher training at The Power Yoga Company, I developed a strong foundation in Vinyasa and Power Yoga.I believe dynamic, invigorating practice can be a powerful way to quiet busy minds, moving through the demands of daily life. I also value slower, restorative practices as a way to pause, reflect and nurture..Alongside yoga, I work in mental health services, which shapes the way I teach. I’m interested in yoga as a practice that helps us feel more present, connected and at peace with ourselves.

My classes combine strong, dynamic, breath-led movement with grounding moments of stillness. Expect strong vinyasa-inspired sequences, clear anatomy-based cueing, supportive options and space to move in a way that feels steady, focused and intentional.Yoga philosophy is woven throughout the practice, offering moments of reflection that connect movement with how we meet ourselves in daily life.I see movement as a tool to build strength, steady the breath, settle the body and quieten the mind. My aim is to offer a practice that feels both challenging and supportive, encouraging you to meet effort with awareness and strength with softness.
